We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to initiate your return request. Please keep in mind that we only accept returns in the unlikely event of damaged or incorrectly delivered goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@ukpc.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you have any return questions, please contact us at info@ukpc.in.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Returns and exchanges will be permitted only if the request is made within 5 days of delivery.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please note that it will be mandatory to share the bank details for the Cash on Delivery orders to be refunded. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Under exceptional circumstances, we may provide a credit coupon code for the same amount of refund that can be availed on your next order.
